Creamy Lemon Salad Dressing
If you’re trying to expand your kids’ food repertoire to include salad, this slightly sweet, well-balance and non-acidic dressing might be the key.
Ingredients
4 Tablespoons heavy cream
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tablespoon honey, agave syrup, or granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
freshly ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until incorporated. Taste for salt. Set aside until ready to dress the salad. The dressing will thicken slightly.
